Utah Olympic Park
Utah Olympic Park (3419 Olympic Pkwy, Park City, UT 84060) is approximately 30 to 35 miles east of Millcreek via I-215 North and I-80 East — about 35 to 45 minutes in normal traffic. The park was home to the 2002 Winter Olympics bobsled, luge, skeleton, and ski jumping competitions and is open year-round. Public experiences include bobsled rides, a zip line, and the free Alf Engen Ski Museum.
Buses and large vehicles use the main parking area off Olympic Pkwy; no dedicated motorcoach-only lot is published, so groups should contact the venue ahead of time to confirm staging. Gilgal Sculpture Garden
Gilgal Sculpture Garden (749 E 500 S, Salt Lake City, UT 84102) is a free, open public garden managed by Salt Lake City's Department of Public Services, located approximately 6 miles northwest of Millcreek. The garden features 12 original sculptures and 70 engraved stones created by Thomas Battersby Child Jr. between 1945 and 1963, making it one of Salt Lake City's most distinctive and photogenic hidden gems. It's open dawn to dusk daily with no admission charge.
